Raw rice grains are received from farmers or wholesalers. The grains are inspected for quality and then cleaned to remove any impurities such as dust, stones, or debris.
Following the cleaning process, the outer husk of the rice grain is expertly removed through a method known as dehusking or hulling. This essential step exposes the inner white rice kernel.
Throughout the milling process, stringent quality control measures are implemented to uphold industry standards and regulations. Regular inspections, moisture content testing, and defect checks are conducted to maintain top-notch quality.
Once sorted and graded, the rice is carefully packaged into various sizes and types of bags or containers suitable for retail or wholesale distribution. Each package is properly labeled and sealed to ensure food safety and easy identification.
